VYVE Wellness is recruiting a full-time receptionist/office assistant to join an Integrative and Functional Medicine clinic that specializes in IV nutrient therapy. Our mission is to fully optimize the health of those dedicated to living their best life by providing access to advanced medical therapies.

Position Summary



Support general office operations by providing all services related to the front desk as defined below.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with preference for two-year degree.
• 1-2-years work experience as a receptionist/office assistant
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm
• Moderate to high level of computer proficiency including, MS Word, Excel, Outlook,
• PowerPoint, and document scanning
• Ability to work both as a part of a team and independently with high degree of accuracy and without immediate and constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
• Greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner and route visitors to appropriate party
• Schedule patients and track follow-up
• Maintain professional appearance of office reception area and supply room
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail daily
• Take inventory and place orders for office supplies
• Serve as back up and/or support for nursing staff as need (e.g., obtain vitals)

VYVE Wellness is seeking part-time and PRN Nurses to join an Integrative & Functional Medicine clinic that specializes in IV nutrient therapy. Our mission is to fully optimize the health of those dedicated to living their best life by providing access to advanced medical therapies.

The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys helping patients along their journey to optimal health. They are energetic, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable. They are comfortable with executing established treatment protocols but are also confident in recommending changes when patient care requires such. Finally, they possess an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working with IV therapies.

Requirements

• Registered nurse (RN) proficient in starting and maintaining IV’s.
• Preference for ER or ICU experience.
• Minimum of 3-5-years work experience.
• Passion for health education and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient intake, rooming, and vitals
• Ordering and performing diagnostic tests and blood draws
• Start and oversee IV treatments
